Where are you located?

Unfortunately once an order begins processing no changes can be made. But we can cancel or revise the order if you contact us before it's been processed to ship. Please contact us immediately via Chat (Click "Need more Help" below) or by calling 1-888-817-3344. To help us serve you better, please provide us with your order # and the item you would like to revise.

Can I cancel/edit my order?

Our team processes shipments Monday - Friday and they do their best to ensure all orders go out the same day if the order is placed before 12pm EST (Our standard processing time is 3 business days). 

We offer FREE shipping on most orders in Ontario and FREE shipping to all other Canadian provinces on orders over $149 (before tax). Please note exceptions apply for Northern Canada, remote locations & heavy weight shipments.

What is your shipping policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused & unopened. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required and returns sent back without an RMA will be denied. 

To initiate a return: Please email support@canadaweldingsupply.ca with your order number, part number of items you would like to return + the reason for your return. A member of our team will then reply with your RMA and return instructions.
