What is Order Protection?

• Order Protection is optional shipping insurance that covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping.

• Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, and missing items.

• If something goes wrong during shipping, we can quickly file a claim on your behalf. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved.

Purchasing and Filing a Claim

• To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.

• If you do not want to purchase Order Protection, there is a toggle in your cart to turn it off.

• If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.

• If you selected Order Protection by accident and want to remove it from your order, we can do so as long as your order has not yet shipped.

• To file a claim, customers should reach out to CWS first.

• We typically hear back from Order Protection about claims opened within one business day.
