To check the status of your shipment, log-in to your CWS account.

Orders are shipped in multiple packages when there are multiple items which cannot be shipped in one box due to weight or size. In this situation, it's possible packages are split while in transit, and delivered 1-2 days apart.

Please contact [email protected] if you have not received your full shipment within 1 day of receiving your first package.
