If you have purchased Order Protection, simply contact us, and we will ensure you get a quick refund or replacement.
If the package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will proceed with either reshipping the order from our stock or utilizing your Order Protection coverage for a resolution.
If You Did Not Purchase Order Protection
If you did not purchase Order Protection, we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Carrier investigations can take several days or weeks and are not guaranteed to result in a full value refund or replacement, but our team will do our best to resolve the case for you.
