Order Issues (Errors, Damage, or Defect)Updated a month ago

1. Wrong or Missing Items

In the unlikely event you received the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately. All claims for orders arriving with missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Information Required:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The specific error (wrong item, missing item, etc.).

  • The name/part number (SKU) of the item in question.

  • Pictures of the item(s) you received, if applicable.

2. Damage or Defect

When reporting damage or a defect, we need details about the product and the packaging condition.

Information Required:

  • A description of the damage or defect.

  • Pictures/videos of the damaged product.

  • Details on the condition of the package upon arrival (Was the box mishandled, wet, or compromised?).

Damage Reporting Protocols

  • Small Package Delivery (Canada Post/Canpar, UPS, FedEx): Report internal or concealed damage immediately upon receipt. Please email images of your damaged product and packaging to [email protected].

  • LTL/Freight Delivery (Large Machines): Visible freight damage MUST be refused upon delivery. You must inspect the machine thoroughly before signing, as accepting a freight delivery will be considered full acceptance of the equipment in the condition received.
