Processing and Shipping Timelines

• Please note: We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Standard processing is approximately 8–10 business days before shipment. Priority and Express shipments are still available.

• Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don't see it.

• Your order may be shipped in multiple packages for faster delivery.

Priority Shipping Services

• Please note: Due to current volumes, priority orders may experience a 1-2 business day processing delay. We are working to get these out as quickly as possible.

• The Priority and Express shipping options remain available and will be prioritized in our queue.

• "Next Day Delivery" and other expedited titles and timelines indicate the transit time once the courier picks up the package.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that these are estimates (after the processing time) and can vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or busy periods.

• Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 1-2 business days.

• Rest of Ontario: 3-4 business days.

• Manitoba & West: 3-6 business days.

• Quebec & East: 3-6 business days.

• NWT & Yukon: 10-14 business days.

• PO Box Addresses: Canada Post handles deliveries to PO Boxes for items under 60lbs. We recommend using a street address for faster delivery, as the above timelines can be extended when shipping to PO Boxes.
