Return Process

1. Request Authorization (RMA): You must first contact our Support Team to initiate your return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns sent back without a written RMA will be refused.

2. Re-Pack Safely: Reseal the original package with the product and the RMA form inside.

3. Protect the Packaging: Do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's packaging.

4. Drop-Off: Returns can be dropped off at our Mississauga location: 6829 Pacific Circle, Mississauga, ON L5T 1S6, or shipped to our location.

Processing Timeline

• Once your return is received, please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return.

• The time it takes for the funds to show back on your original payment method can typically take up to 7 business days.
