You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please note that your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to activate.
If you don't see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam/promotions folder as sometimes our emails land there.
You may also log into your CWS profile to track your order & review your order history. If you do not have an account, sign-up today to track all orders.
If your tracking shows an unexpected stall or lack of update, please wait 48 hours before contacting us, as the tracking will often start to move again within this timeframe.
If the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us immediately so we can connect with the carrier and open an investigation or claim on your behalf.
